These Terms govern the use of Hidden Logic Studio’s creator-controlled TikTok draft-upload workflow.
Hidden Logic Studio prepares original visual-explainer assets and, when explicitly authorized by the creator, can transfer a selected video to TikTok as a draft. The creator remains in control of reviewing, editing, and posting the draft in TikTok.
You must own, license, or otherwise have the rights required for every video, image, sound, caption, title, hashtag, and disclosure you send. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, intellectual-property rules, music rules, and all applicable laws.
The workflow does not automatically publish, schedule, delete, or change the visibility of TikTok posts. Uploading a draft does not guarantee that TikTok will publish, distribute, or recommend the content.
You authorize access only through TikTok’s official OAuth flow. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, cookies, or browser sessions. You may revoke the app’s access through TikTok at any time.
The workflow depends on TikTok’s services and APIs. We do not control TikTok moderation, availability, API limits, technical failures, or policy decisions. The workflow may be changed or paused to protect users, comply with policy, or maintain security.
The workflow is provided for creator-controlled operational use. It does not guarantee reach, views, revenue, monetization eligibility, or any particular result.
